R Perkins THE COMMITTEE RECO~lliNDS THAT The following amendment be made to the Recognition POlicy (A) HONOUR ROLL A\vARDS 1. Awards on behalf of the Authority be granted to persons and/or corporate bodies who have made a significant contribution to the aims and objectives of The Metropolitan Toronto and Region Co"servation Authority CARRIED; NOMINATIONS - 1982 HONOUR ROLL AWARDS Res #2 Moved by M M R Stewart Seconded by Dr. J K Reynolds THE COMMITTEE RECO~~NDS THAT (1) the 1982 Honour Roll Awards tree planting ceremony be held on Friday, May 14, 1982, at 1 30 pm. at the Authority's Head Office, and that the following persons and corporate bodies receive Honour Roll Awards, consisting of a tree planting suitably marked with a plaque Kenneth W Strasser Harold Shields \ Abitibi-Price Ine Faculty of Forestry, University of Toronto (2) the Runnymede Collegiate Institute Stage Band be invited to participate and to perform for an hour before the ceremony; (3) a lunch be provided for Authority members and their guests, prior to the cere~ony, with light refreshments (coffee, tea, cold drinks and cookles) being served immediately following the tree planting ceremony; . (4 ) Mrs J.
