R.D.H.P. Advisory Board Thursday-May-30-1974 #1/74
The R.D.H.P. Advisory Board met at the Durham Regional Offices, 605
Ross1and Road East, Whitby, on Thursday, May 30, 1974, commencing at
9:00 a.m. The Meeting took the form of a Tour of the Durham Region
and included Councillors and Officials of The Regional Municipality
of Durham and Members of the Executive Committee as guests.

A short meeting was held at the Regional Office at the conclusion
of the Tour.

RESOLVED THAT: The Minutes of Meeting #2/73, as presented, be
adopted.
CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY;
STAFF PROGRESS REPORT
Mr. Higgs presented a Staff Progress Report, which was received, an~
a general discussion followed. .
IT WAS AGREED THAT the next Meeting of the Board be tentatively
scheduled for Thursday, October 10, 1974.
