Wardlaw W.D. Waddell Secretary-Treasurer F.L. Lunn Asst.Director of Operations E.F. Sutter MINUTES The Minutes of Meeting No. 1/64 were presented. Res. #1 Moved by: A.H. Cowling Seconded by: C.R. CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY; BRIEF TO THE SELECT COMMITTEE ON CONSERVATION AUTHORITIES A general discussion was held, relative to the proposed Authority Brief to the Select Committee on Conservation Authorities. Several suggest- ions were made to the Chairman in this connection. FORMAT OF MINUTES Some discussion took place regarding the format of the Minutes of the Authority and the various Advisory Boards; some members expressing the opinion that additional information might be included. Res. l2 Moved by: W. Leavens Seconded by: Mrs. D. Hague THE BOARD RECOMMENDS THAT: The format of the Minutes of the Authority, its Boards and Committees be studied, with a view to including more information relative to the Resolutions adopted. CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY; J-2 ._;>.~ ~:: :;2~' ... " " I ,. EBENEZER RESERVOIR The present scheduling of the Ebenezer Reservoir was discussed at some length. Res. #3 Moved by: , Mrs. F. Gell Seconded by: C.E. Conroy THE BOARD RECOMMENDS THAT: Action be deferred on the recommendation contained in Res. #2/64 of the Board, pertaining to the proposed scheduling of the Ebenezer Dam; and further, " THAT a review be undertaken regarding the relative priority of the Bolton and Ebenezer Dams.
