Head The Committee discussed in detail the following items: - Date and time - Location - Program - Platform Party - Opening Ceremonies - Refreshments - Invitation List Res. fl Moved by: M. J. Breen Seconded by: Mrs. J.A. Gardner THE Cor-1MITTEE RECOMMENDS THAT: 1. The Official Opening of Humber Bay East be held on Friday, September 5, 1980, at 2:00 p.m.1 2. Mrs. J.A. Gardner be Master of Ceremonies and Mr. John Power and The Hon. Pauline M. McGibbon be invited to participate in the event, 3. The staff be directed to make detailed recommendations regarding the location, program and opening ceremonies, for final consideration by this Committee in June.
