The Humber Valley Advisory Board met in the Board Room of the Authority
Office, #7 Highway, on Thursday, October 22, 1964, commencing at
1:30 p.m.

The Minutes of Meeting No. 1/63 were presented.

Seconded by: N.A. Boylen
RESOLVED THAT: The Minutes of Meeting No. 1 /63,as presented, be
adopted as if read.
CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY;
STAFF PROGRESS REPORT
In the absence of any members of the Technical Staff, the Secretary -
Treasurer presented a verbal report on various projects in the Humber
Watershed.
EBENEZER DAM AND RESERVOIR - CONSTRUCTION

Seconded by: J.N. Duncan
THE BOARD RECOMMENDS THAT: Every effort be made to accelerate the con-
struction of the Ebenezer Dam, in order to permit, at an early date,
the practical use of the Claireville Conservation Area for recreational
purposes. CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY;
The Meeting recessed at 3:00 p.m., for a tour of various projects on
the Humber Watershed, and adjourned at 5:00 p.m.
