Mr. D. Draper and Mr. J. S. Grant made representation. Appraisals were considered in detail and the Property Administrator was instructed to prepare a Report on the Amount of Compensation Payable and to have same for signature by the Advisory Board at the next meeting. 2. PROJECT F.7.A. -- FINCH DAM & RESERVOIR -- MARY PHYLLIS LOVE: This property was discussed in detail. No representation was made by the claimant. Appraisals were considered in detail and the Property Administrator was instructed to prepare a report for signature by the Advisory Board. L -2 - 2 - 3. PROJECT F.1.A. -- CLAIREVILLE DAM & RESERVOIR -- GRAHAM This property was discussed in detail. No representation was made by the claimant. Appraisals were considered in detail. The Property Administrator was instructed to prepare a Report for signature by the Advioory Board. 4, PROJECT F. 6. A. -- LOVER EASTIBRANCH DAM & RESERVOIR -- ATCHISON This property was discussed in detail. No representation was made by the claimant. Appraisals were considered in detail. The Property Administrator was instructed to prepare a Report for signature by the Advisory Board. 5. PROJECT P.8.A. -- HUMBER RIVER FLOOD PLAIN LANDS -- HIGHLAND GROVE DEVELOPMENTS LIMITED: This property was discussed in detail. The following people appeared on behalf of the claimant -- Mr. M. Brown, Q.C. on behalf of Mr. H. Ungerman, Mr. E. Laxton, Q.C., Mr. Harvey Borden C.A., and Mr. Geo. Ambrose, P.Eng., on behalf of Highland Grove Developments Limited. Appraisals were considered in detail and the Property Administrator was instructed to prepare a Report for signature by the Advisory Board. 6. PROJECT F.1.A. -- CLAIREVILLE DAM & RESERVOIR -- HEWSON: This property was discussed in detail. No representation was made by the claimant. Appraisals were considered in detail. The Property Administrator was instructed to prepare a Report for signature by the Advisory Board. Strachan - the Minutes of Meeting No. 1/63 be adopted PROJECT P -$ -A -- HUMBER FLOOD PLAIN LANDS -- DONATA INVESTMENTS LIMITED & ROSS- CONLAND LIMITED: This property was discussed in detail. Messrs. Vincent and Joseph Paul appeared representing the owners and put forth certain arguments on their behalf. Appraisals were considered in detail. The Property Administrator was instructed to prepare a report for signature by the members of the Advisory Board. (2) REPORTS RE COMPENSATION PAYABLE -- PROJECT F -11 -A -- WOODVIEW DEVELOPMENTS LIMITED ET AL: The following Reports of the Expropriation Advisory Board were signed by the Chairman and Members of the Advisory Board: (a) John Ullenberg (c) Nathan Hennick (e) Jules Gerson (g) Arthur Goldstein (i) Samuel Zweig (k) Mary Phyllis Love (m) Atchison (o) Hewson Irving Hennick Jack S. Samuel Kleinberg William Hennick Graham Highland Grove Developments Ross - Conland Limited & Donata Investments Limited The Property Administrator was instructed to cause the above Reports to be filed with the Authority at the next regularly scheduled Executive Meeting. Carried Unanimously; BUSINESS: (1) PROJECT P.6.A. - ETOBICOKE RIVER FLOOD PLAIAT LANDS - Eliza Sterne This property was discussed in detail. Mrs. Sterne's Solicitor appeared, representing the owners, and put forth certain arguments on their behalf. Appraisals were considered in some detail. The Property Administrator was instructed to prepare a report for signature by the Members of the Board. (2) PROJECT F.1.A. - CLAIREVILLE DAM AND RESERVOIR - Irving Weinert This property was discussed in detail and the claim for com- pensation by the owner considered. Independent appraisals were reviewed. The Property Administrator was instructed to prepare a report for signature by the Members of the Board. No re- presentation was made on behalf of the owner. (3 ) (4) PROJECT F.1.A. - CLAIREVILLE DAM AND RESERVOIR - Faye Tanenbaum This property was discussed in detail, without legal represent- ation for the owners. Appraisals were considered at some length. The Property Administrator was instructed to prepare a report for signature by the Members of the Board. PROJECT F.1.A. - CLAIREVILLE DAM AND RESERVOIR - Edmund Peachey This property was discussed in detail. No representation was made on behalf of the owner. Independent appraisals were reviewed and discussed. The Property Administrator was in- structed to prepare a report for signature by the Members of the Board. Renwick Pro•ert The property was discussed in detail. Mr. J.A. Hoolihan, Solicitor for the owner, appeared in support of the claim for compensation. He did not file any evidence with the Board. Detailed appraisals were discussed. The Property Administrator was instructed to prepare a report for signature of the Board.
